I bought it on sale and wasn't very sure about the brand, but it has been great so far. First thing i slushed was some pop, I had 2 cans of Faygo firework (a Michigan thing) in the fridge, I dumped the 2 12oz cans in and turned it on to slush setting and in literally 15 minutes it was a legit slush. it was a little thicker after another 5 minutes (20 min total). as others have said the on off switch is weird, you have to hold it down for a second to turn it on then tap it to select the mode. It should have been much better design than what it is. I haven't tried ice cream or sugar free slushes yet and i hear they can be a bit more challenging. the machine is a much heaver than i expected. it doesn't make much noise and doesn't vibrate off the counter, It has a cleaning mode which doesn't use any freezing and sloshes the water around and cleans it up reasonable, then you can take it apart and clean it up better. It is a great value for what i paid for it on sale and is comparable but not as good or expensive as the ninja. I would recommend it to friends and family. What's up?** A: E0 error usually results from two reasons: either the sealing lid behind the transparent bucket isn't installed, or the transparent bucket isn't fastened properly. **Q: Is it okay if the machine makes buzzing or rattling sounds?** A: Buzzing during ice - making (from the compressor) is normal. Rattling? Likely too little sugar (e.g., sugar - free cola) causes ice to jam the stirrer. Add liquid to melt ice and clean if needed. **Q: Why can't my slushie machine turn ingredients into slush, no matter how long it runs?** A: If it fails to make slush, check the sugar level. If below 4%, add 1–2 spoons of sugar. Use a sugary cola to test whether it's the machine or the drink's sugar content. **Q: Why is the spout leaking?** A: First, check if the silicone gasket at the spout is installed correctly. Also, avoid cleaning with hot water, as it can shrink the gasket and affect the seal. **Q: Why does the machine say 70oz but mine is 54oz?** A: 70oz is the tank’s max storage; 54oz is the safe max for adding liquid. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 15 minutes it was a legit slush *by J***S on September 2, 2026* Fantastic slushie machine!
