The bundle provides enough materials to explore the different features. The colors are standard, so you won't have any problems using them. The setup is easy, and the directions walk you through the first two projects. It's easy and quick to connect the Bluetooth, and the machine is very quiet to operate. The one disappointment I have is that the mat they provided was bent, as if it had been rolled up for too long. I've tried everything to flatten it, but it just keeps that curved shape. It's not an issue as I've already bought other mats. I just wanted to make that point. If this is your first Cricut purchase, I would get this bundle.
