Review: Works well, transfers with light pressur, erases easily - Glad to have found this. It works exactly as described. I don't understand why some people find they have to apply heavy pressure. I found light pressure with a ballpoint gives an excellent line. I usually turn the image into a simple B&W outline using ChatGPT and then print it on tracing paper. Printing the image onto copy paper also works but you do have to press a bit harder -- however, not the kind of pressure some people describe.
Review: Dark, clean lines. Works very well for tracing - I don’t understand why some people said it wasn’t dark enough or it didn’t transfer. It is actually quite dark. I’ve used it to trace reference pictures onto rough watercolour paper and medium-textured linen canvas, and the lines came out very dark. Although it is possible the quality isn’t consistent. I’m glad mine works very well. Make sure you use a very fine stylus if you trace this way, or you may end up with lines so thick and dark that they take quite a bit of erasing. I suppose if the paper your reference picture is printed on is too thick or heavy, you won’t get the same result, because the pressure will be spread over a wider area instead of being concentrated enough to transfer cleanly.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good quality and Erasable
*by K***S on May 6, 2026*

I am very happy with this transfer paper. When I used carbon paper I realized my mistake, I couldn't erase the lines. With this paper, I can trace the design and then lightly erase the lines when I am ready to paint or not erase, depending on the paint color. I use it for watercolor. There has been no problem for me with seeing the design when traced, as some reviewers have said. I have used the same sheet several times and it always works. You just have to position the transfer paper to use a part of the sheet that has not been transferred already. It is pricey, but worth it. No problem with smudging.
