**Q: how do you ensure they are constantly cooled during the shipping process?**
A: Hi there!    Thank you for the email!  Charleston Seafood has been in business for more than 20 years.   We have the correct procedures in place.   Most of what we ship is fresh and we do not use dry ice.   We use the proper amount of frozen gel pacs and ensure the proper shipping method to guarantee you that your product reaches you chilled and very fresh.   The gel pacs will reach you still mostly frozen.   If you have additional questions, please fell free to call me personally.

**Q: why do y'all say y'all are Charleston Seafood, but no one in Charleston knows where you are and there is no listing here for you or a store?**
A: Hi there!    Great question - I have people looking for us all the time.   However, we do not have a retail location or storefront - we ship everything.  We are based in Charleston and ship from here.   Our shrimp comes from Shem Creek - if you know that area - and I live in Mt Pleasant.      I assume you live in Charleston.
