It might also be wise to try it with a light meal the first time. I listed my thoughts on each ingredient below - but my takeaway for you is this is a GREAT energy/mood booster that you should take up to 5 days a week. Highly suggest taking a break on weekends. Be sure to assess tolerance and dont take any additional caffeine while trying this. Here are the key ingredients: 1. Niacin/B12 - these are "energy supporters" which, if you don't have available in your body you wont be able to process energy as efficiently. 2. Caffeine - you will be hard to find caffeine in a thermogenic. Be careful and assess your own tolerance. A necessary ingredient. Each pill is around 1.5 cups of coffee - so be sure to not drink any additional coffee/tea during the day. 3. Sensoril - this is a proprietary Ashwagandha blend. Somnifera is just the Ashwagandha plant from my understanding. This is an adaptogen that's extremely popular that helps reduce stress and cortisol levels. I'm personally not a big fan of ashwagandha, because if you experience any side effects it's most likely this ingredient. 4. Theacrine - This is very similar to caffeine, but is actually a different plant itself. Usually this is formulated as a "less jittery caffeine". I'm indifferent on this ingredient being here. 5. Mucuna pruriens: L-DOPA provider. This can help increase mood/motivation. Good addition. 6. Cayenne pepper: Capsaicin is one of the most proven metabolism increasers ever. Great addition. 7. Yohimbine: My least favorite ingredient. It comes from the Yohimbe bark and has some great anecdotal fat loss results. It definitely works, but in my eyes this has been known to increase heart rate and has me worried that aging or obese populations shouldnt be taking this. Personally, not a fan. 8. Huperzine: Cognitive booster. Not sure on its daily effectiveness, but this has been pretty much proven, over time, to reduce cognitive lapse and symptoms of Alzheimer's. Good addition. 9. Bioperine: you see this in any good supplement. It's just black pepper extract - which allows for other ingredients to be absorbed better (higher bioavailability). 10. MCTs and CLAs - the carrier oils here are a really ingenious choice. Not only does it allow for a slower release of stimulant ingredients, both of these oils are well studied to support weight loss and fat burning. 11. Ginger: generic anti-inflammatory and antioxidant. Not sure the intent with regards to weight loss/cognitive boost but the ingredient itself is good. 3 month update: Still very happy with this product. I have purchased it 3 times total, and plan on taking it on weekends for the foreseeable future. I find it as a great source of energy for a start of my day. If you are looking for a very intense "preworkout" style energy you might want to take both capsules an hour before your workout instead of just one - but that's not my preference. I find one to two capsules separated by an hour in the morning gives a very smooth source of energy for me and lets me do my job at work better. This one also is a little bit too much for me, so I put one of these in a tablespoon of hot water at night and let it dissolve and I drink half of itone day and the other half the next-and the energy is awesome. I wrote a review for the other one also, but definitely wanted to also leave one here! I workout also daily, for hours at a time- I've lost 100 lbs naturally- no surgery or "skinny" pills- and only tried adipex after 3 years and hitting a huge plateau. Take it from me- this energy supplement is great! Even the adipex didnt give me what this supplement does! WARNING: DO NOT TAKE 2! YOU MAY END UP IN HOSPITAL. IT DOES MAKE YOU JITTERY IF YOU TAKE THE WHOLE THING, SO STAU WITH ONE OR EVEN HALF IT LIKE I DO.. ALSO, EAT SOMETHING LIGHT AND DRINK LOTS OF WATER!

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ So Far, So Good

This isnt really a review of my overall results, but more of first day experience. I read some that said the side effects were really bad so I was a little worried about trying them for the first day on a work day. That being said, I started with one pill. It definitely did give me a solid stream of energy. I took it at 7:45 this morning and I am still energized at 4:10. I have not been jittery at all. It seems like I have been more focused at work. So far so good. For the record, I am usually slightly sensitive to caffeine which is why I was worried but no issues to speak of on day one. I will update with results and any changes. UPDATE:So I have now been taking SST for about a week. I have not started my workout plan yet but I did start a no/low carb diet the same time I started taking SST. I started at 245 lbs. In the first week As of yesterday lost 7 lbs. I definitely cant say that it is all from SST. 0 carb diets have always been extremely effective for me, but it has helped a lot. I definitely have more energy and I am less hungry throughout the day. I am still only taking one pill per day but I am going to kick it up to two tomorrow. I will say that the second day was not great. I almost stopped taking it. I just felt weird. by the third day though I felt like my body adjusted and all is well now. Looking forward to seeing if the results are amplified by taking the full dose vs just half.
