Ordered this and was told that the item would be shipped within 3 days.I had a delivery within the 4 days but I received one carton when the box stated 2 cartons. I messaged the seller and had a response within a few hours. The item came in two separate deliveries which I wasn't aware of. I messaged the seller and they explained my other package was in transit and it arrives a day or two later. The instructions wasn't very clear as I had 3 books which all said the same thing but didn't give complete building instructions fortunately I'm an engineer so it wasn't an issue but if your unsure or haven't got an engineering mind it could be troublesome.Once the complete unit was delivered and I'd put it together the kids love it. It's stronger and sturdier than I was expecting and the over all quality is high. The customer service is great and the product performs well so can't really fault them. I'll give 5 stars because the item is exactly what I wanted but if anything it worried me when I has half a delivery then got another later.. typically I got the second carton which is the guard and the safety net wish I'd got the actual trampoline first as the kids was very disappointed when they thought they could go on the trampoline but really they couldn't because it was the safety net.Over all would use the seller again if needed.

Delivery of 3 boxes, 14ft trampoline and only 40 springs supplied. Email sent requesting the remaining 40 springs and awaiting a response. Kids disappointed they have to wait until the remaining springs turn up before they can go on it. Welds on the frame look pretty poor but will see in time if they last. Apart from that it seems a good value trampoline.

For my Grandaughter we got this size so all the grandchildren can use they are all happy easy to put up with two people good quality for price

Put together easily although couldn’t find a part which did turn up thankfully hidden in amongst the spring cover, grandson’s absolutely delighted 😀 great customer service

I was disappointed with this purchase . In the description it stated the trampoline came with the anchor but was a lie .. I sent several emails but never got proper answer for it . Please edit your description because the one there is misleading .
