I got a lot more in fact. The audio quality is really nice; expected from Philips I would have supposed, but the previous boom box from the same brand i had ordered in Amazon for half the price, I had to return. That one did not have good sound quality, neither did it have an audio out 3.5mm port. Audio out is needed for me as I primarily intend to record. This system offers a lot more, it plays mor from usb, plays quite a few types of audio CDs with really good sound output. FM reception is good strong and clear. My dad is happier as it can play his old collection of video CDs too when plugged to the TV. He is happy, i am happy too.
