We actually paired ours with the Stone & Beam Hughes dining chairs and they match perfectly! I can not recommend the table more. I was able to employ the lock rings and washers provided. Table is very handsome, though the color/tone of table is not a warm, oakish color per se. More a yellow, brown walnut finish. The salesman at Lowes really liked the finish of the leg I brought in when buying bolts, so that made me happier with table being a different color than what I was expecting. Table is 30"H so chair seats need to be at least 18". The info says it's hardwood with acacia veneer. It's a heavy table and does take two people to lift into place once legs are on. I always try to be cautious of formaldehyde used in furniture glues, but I'm learning a lot of furniture has the Prop 65 warning sticker on it because of "wood dust". This table does have the Prop 65 warning which wasn't listed on desertcart. It doesn't smell too strong, just the wood veneer smell and I'm hoping the glue used was formaldehyde free. Couldn't find any add'l info on Rivet Ian furniture. The "modern" look to the table is the intentional gap underneath the table all the way around and the shape of the legs. The middle extension installs fine with 4 latches underneath, some tighter than others. The track is metal with ball bearings and a cable. It's nice and smooth. I'm pleased with this table, though there always seems to be issues ordering furniture online. At least, this table didn't arrive damaged considering the boot prints on outside of box. It's great for just the two of us, and the leaf is great and easy for when we have guests. The clasping mechanisms are very well designed and satisfying to use. Assembly was delightfully simple. I was excited at the keys being solid hard wood.
