I was so excited to receive my new filling machine only to discover that the unit was clearly pre-owned. The handle rotator was rusted inside the hole. There are scratches along the base of the unit as well. I was so close to returning it immediately but I'm pressed for time, needing to bottle some product to have it ready to for this weekend. I took some time to clean the rusty part and I have no choice but to use this or risk losing out. The unit looks like it's a quality build but I can't help but to feel like I've been cheated out of my money. If the manufacturer reads this can you do us all a favor and actually send out new units when we clearly paid for new units. To make this right at least offer me a discounted price and refund me the difference. This is not right. UPDATE: I was contacted by Sara, the customer service representative who graciously offered me a full refund for my unit or, a replacement. I took a chance on the replacement and I'm glad that I did! The unit came neatly packaged and was definitely new, unlike the previous unit I received. There was a clear difference in the packaging with this new unit as opposed to the unit I received previously. Sara was wonderful during our email correspondence and she should be commended for her service! As for the new unit, it is of a very high caliber as I suspected by inspecting the previous unit. The pump handle feels smooth and after cleaning and testing it with water, the unit has no leaks and functions like a dream!
