Customer service got me a new one out in 3 days. Had to purchase a new one from amazon and they sent me refund because it was faster. This one works great so far. I understand electronics can be faulty just hope this one lasts.2 hours replacing screen. Everything went good just took my time to make sure everything was right. Turn on phone n screen looked awsome. Touch pad is off. Can NOT use anything on lowet screen. No contacts, favorites, no space bar. Renders my phone about useless let alone time i spent. Also, the color of the digitizer is off on mine. Maybe i got a connector dirty or something. The colors aren't as bright as they should be. The whole screen has a gray tint when compared to an original Apple screen. Sensitivity is good.Customer was helpful and offered a full refund for the bad screen.
