Plug and Play on 1986 Corvette
Replaced the hazards flasher and turn signal flashers on my 1986 Corvette for an LED conversion. These flashers worked with all the LEDs and halogen bulbs on my car, whether they were mixed or matched. The flasher is noticeably faster than the stock flashers. The hazards and turn signals click at a faster rate than most cars on the road. I don't find it to be a problem because it helps with other drivers and pedestrians see the flashes.

Fixed no flash after LEDs install on old truck
I have a 93 Ford Ranger and replaced all my lights with LEDs. Resistance was too low im assuming and my lights wouldnt flash, lit up but no flash. Replaced this with the old relay and everything worked great. My only nit pick is I couldnt reuse the plastic cover for the relay and fuses bc this relay was a bit taller but no big

Plug In worked perfectly.

Not led compatable
Bought this relay as I had installed LED flashers on my tractor and a regular relay will not cause the LED lights to flash. This product is labeled as LED-compatible. It is not. If I add a halogen light to the flasher assembly it will work due to the extra load, so the flasher does work, but just not with LEDs as advertised.

Works fine
Works fine, got the hazard lights working on a 1970 Pickup.

Fits '94 Jeep XJ, Works with LEDs (with caveats)
After upgrading all the interior & exterior bulbs in my 1994 Jeep Cherokee Sport to LED, the turn signal wouldn't flash—just stayed on. The LED instructions said to use load resistors to solve hyperflash (or presumably no-flash), but I wanted to try the much simpler and more efficient solution of replacing the signal flasher relay... and it worked!I pulled out the stock Wagner 224 (2-prong flasher relay, blue in the photo, located under driver's side dash) and replaced it with this item. Now the turn signal works normally and still makes a nice, traditional "click". Note that this is an electro-mechanical relay, not a silent electronic switch, if that's what you want. I'm not sure what the label "electronic" on this device means, as I can't see any fancy circuitry inside, just a big capacitor; but the bottom line is it works for me.Also note that for some reason I didn't need to swap out the Wagner 552 (2-prong flasher relay, silver in the first photo), as the emergency flasher still worked normally with the LEDs. I believe this item could replace the 552, but since that works as-is I'm saving the second replacement I ordered as a spare.UPDATE 1: I deleted one star because this device turns out to be pretty fragile. As the second photo shows, it came apart when I tried to unplug it. The socket is snug—which didn’t stop me removing the stock flasher intact—but when I pulled firmly on this flasher the cover came right off and the internal components fell apart. Sooo... be careful! I had to install the spare; this time with bulb grease on the prongs, which hopefully helps if I have to remove it again.UPDATE 2: I deleted a second star because further testing reveals this flasher slows down a lot when the headlights are on, maybe half normal speed. It still works, but wouldn’t be as attention-getting at night. This sensitivity to loads (along with a closer look at its guts, as its inadvertent destruction allowed) indicates, as I previously reported, that this is a simple electro-mechanical device without any timing compensation circuitry. To get a truly stable, load-independent flasher you need one with internal electronics (typically these are polarity-dependent and have a ground wire in addition to the two pins). So I’ve ordered a set of EF32RLs as replacements for these.
