Delicious and Healthy!
This stuff has revolutionized my own and a friends’ blood lipids. Of course, exercise is also a big component to help too. But this is full of the good low Hydrogen lipids, and hey, it tastes great too. I just made some delicious pasta salad using this instead of vegetable oil. It was wonderful. And stir fry is incredible with this coconut oil.

Good Quality Oil!!!
The media could not be loaded. Excellent quality! But Be careful squeezing the Oil out of the bottle!!! It has a POWERFUL squirt release action Lol!! You better aim it Just right if you’re using the oil right from the bottle!! I use it to “Bulletproof” my coffee and everything else I cook! It does help with MY weight control! I will be reordering this product!!!

Great quality but potent!
I found this on a top give list and thought I'd give it a try. It's a great quality but beware- ease I to it. My body was used to MCT oil so I went headfirst with a full dose. Don't do that... this stuff is potent. Ease into it. It's great for energy! It has no taste. The packaging didn't leak and it seems to blend well.

An MCT oil comparison (fractions of other brands listed) and my personal experiences
SHORT REVIEW: Left Coast is a superb MCT oil—and I've tried many, including Brain Octane (which I also love). For me: Measurable blood ketone boost when I'm cycling OFF my ketogenic diet, brain fog clears up and strong memory & cognitive boost (I'm a health and psychology writer), and no GI side effects on an empty stomach. In "fractional fatty acid" composition, it's very similar to Bulletproof XCT at a much lower price. I've been using it daily for over 11 months now. Also: If you care about small-batched, high-quality-controlled sources of your foods and supplements, then family-owned businesses like Left Coast are worth supporting. Disclaimer: I am in no way affiliated with Left Coast or any resellers—just a guy who cares about the health of myself, my friends, and my family.LONG REVIEW FOR CONFIRMED BIO-HACKERS ONLY (C8 to C18 BREAKOUT COMPARISONS WITH SOME OTHER BRANDS I'VE USED):Left Coast MCT Oil (this product)C8 56%C10 44%With 1 Tb (tablespoon) of this plus 1 Tb butter in coffee, zero appetite for 4-5 hours. Perceptible boost from fatigue and brain fog, better short-term memory (about 13% when measured on luminosity's online app). When I'm OFF my HFLC (high fat, low carb) ketogenic diet, my Precision Xtra ketone blood meter shows 2-4 mmol/L over 0.5 baseline, after about 2 hours.Brain Octane Oil (Bulletproof)https://www.amazon.com/Bulletproof-Brain-Octane-Oil-Ounce/dp/B00R7FFYO8/C8 100%This gives me about the same ketone boost (though for others I know, much higher than a C8/C10 blend like Left Coast), YMMV.XCT Oil (Bulletproof)https://www.amazon.com/Bulletproof-XCT-Oil-32-fl-oz/dp/B00R7FFR86/C8 and C10 combined: (individual ratios not specified): 100%Very similar to the Left Coast product in terms of physical stamina, fatigue reduction, and mental clarity.NOW MCT Oilhttps://www.amazon.com/NOW-MCT-100-Oil-32-Ounce/dp/B0019LRY8A/C8: 60% or moreC10: 35-40%Other: 0-5%This does give me a similar ketone boost as Left Coast and Bulletproof XCT oil, but sometimes just a little stomach discomfort. Also, it raises my triglycerides (I use a Multicare IN blood meter for that). I don't know why.Sports Research MCT Oilhttps://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00XM0Y9SE/C8 Caprylic Acid 34%C10 Capric Acid 28%C12 Lauric Acid 29% (really a long-chain fatty acid, some say to avoid for GI issues, but may have benefits)Other (not listed): 9%This gives me a similar ketone boost as Left Coast MCT oil, but I've stopped using it mainly because I'm hoping that maximum C8 and C10 per serving in other products will help my brain and physical stamina more. And, from wikipedia, here's the fractional breakout of PLAIN OLD UNREFINED COCONUT OIL:Caprylic C8 7%Decanoic C10 8%Lauric C12 48%Myristic C14 16%Palmitic C16 9.5%Oleic C18:1 6.5%Other 5.0%Are all those non C8 & C10 fractions (Lauric, Myristic, Palmitic, Oleic) “bad?” Controversial topic to be sure. Authors like Bruce Fife ("The Coconut Oil Miracle") and Mary Enig (biochemist and author of "Eat Fat, Lose Fat") cite benefits to whole coconut oil (anti-inflammatory effects, microbiome balancing, anti-fungal and anti-bacterial effects against harmful microbes, etc.). I'll leave the conclusions here for you to make.Hope this helps, and sincerely wishing you health and well-being - Andrew in Boulder, CO.

the packaging was excellent and the customer service has been outstanding so far
I'm writing this review with a few caveats, the primary one being I've only taken one teaspoon so far, but if I can help even one person by writing this it's worth it. And, yes, I'll update this once I've been taking it for a while. The reason for the five stars is because the delivery was quick, the packaging was excellent and the customer service has been outstanding so far. I received an email from the vendor that suggested I start with a teaspoon a day and let my body get used to it before increasing to 1-2 tablespoons per day. I'm glad I took their advice or what I experienced almost instantaneously could have been disastrous. Before I explain, here are the caveats I mentioned above. I've been on a keto diet for exactly four months and yesterday was the least keto day I've had since. It was a friend's birthday and I decided not to worry about keto and enjoy the festivities. I had popcorn at the theater with a mega large Coke, then a hotdog on a bun for dinner, and popcorn again later in the evening. I rarely eat popcorn these days, can't remember the last time I had a Coke and haven't had a hotdog since Opening Day of baseball season, which was in late March. Needless to say there were things floating around in my body that haven't been there for a while. The next caveat is that I consumed the oil on an empty stomach, which might have exacerbated the problems I had.Every day I drink black iced coffee at work and only add a little cream on the weekends. It's always a venti-sized cup and I drink about four per day during the week, but only one or two on weekends. Today I put a teaspoon of MCT oil in my coffee and before I was even halfway through with it I could fell the nausea coming on. It was mild and I never felt like I was going to vomit, but it was definitely there. Fortunately it passed relatively quickly and didn't interfere with my day. While I was doing yard work, I realized I needed to use the bathroom. One of the previous reviewers mentioned becoming a "poop cannon" upon using this oil---one of the funnier reviews I've read---and I have to agree, although this felt more like a nuclear warhead. I apologize if this is too much information, but fire hose immediately came to mind. But it didn't end there. After mowing the lawn I went to grab my weedeater to do some trimming, but needed a second trip to the bathroom where I had another bout of "cleansing" if you will.Frankly, it doesn't bother me when that happens as long as I'm close to a bathroom. I know it's my body's way of ridding itself of toxins and there were more toxins in my body than usual. So it's definitely possible that my bathroom experience would have been the same had I not taken the oil, but based on other reviews and the suggestion by the vendor to start slow, I'm almost certain it was a side effect. That said, the oil has no smell or taste and my coffee tasted like it always does. I can't attest to an energy boost yet because it's too early to tell and that I mowed and trimmed the lawn means little---I got plenty of sleep last night and it needed to be mowed. I wish I could say I took the oil and immediately had the urge to paint my house, pave my driveway, build a deck, etc., but that's not the case.Regardless, I have high hopes for this product and will edit my review when I have more experience with this product. Oh yeah, at another reviewer's suggestion I have a spare pair of underwear in my backpack just in case things go horribly wrong at work tomorrow. Fingers crossed!
