10/10 would recommend this eyebrow waxing pen.Really simple and easy to use and does the job great!Will definitely buy again when I need a replacement.

I bought this product as I have my eyebrows waxed every 4 weeks. Because of covid I obviously have not been able to do this. Thought this little kit looked great. I got really excited to use it when it arrived this morning. I was soo disappointed with this. My overall thoughts of the product are that although it was easy to use it is a complete waste of time. When I arrived the box was ripped and flattened and items were not placed in the box neatly. The Wax was stringy and cheap and the wax strips were too thick. It didn’t pull one hair out after trying on both brows and heating the pen up again. I’ve again had to resort to plucking each hair out myself because this definitely did not do the job. Very disappointed as I’ve just paid £8 for nothing. I would not recommend this product.

Quite small quantity, does need some warming before use (had to leave it in hot water as it came far to thick to apply.) I have very sensitive skin and did not get much reaction from this, slightly tingly but no marks or redness as I often get. I still wouldn't reccomend this, it was quite awkward to apply, very sticky and did not take off hairs as well as other products I've tried.

The wax is stronger than I have used in other similar products so it works very well. Very easy to use and the shape of the pen makes it really precise. The stripes are a bit thick and not very flexible so would say that's the only let down of the product.

Bought this on whim because I’d not had chance to go see the threading lady…. Low expectations but blown away that this was a) easy to use and b) grabbed the hairs with very little tenderness or irritation. Suitably impressed and would buy again!

This product is simple to prepare and use. But for the actual removal of eyebrow hair, not so good. After applying the product and using the strips (several times I might add) all that happened was the wax was removed but leaving the eyebrow hair behind. I've used many waxing products in the past, but this one is a big thumbs down.

Liked the idea of precision application as my eyebrows are thick and bushy. AndOn the box it says corse hair. Applied the wax and was shocked to see not one hair had been removed? The wax strips aren't proper wax strips as they're like see through paper and also the oil included leaked all over my box. Do not buy.

I got it today and used it straight away. I haven’t had my eyebrows waxed for almost 2 months because of lock down and they were the worst they’d ever been.I warmed the wax with a hair dryer and then whilst I was using it I put it near my radiator to keep it warm (probably not recommended lol).Since it was my first time, I was obviously a bit slow at it but the results were way better than I was expecting and I’m really happy with how they look. Even after lockdown I plan on still using this kit.I’m surprised at the bad reviews and think that most of them are because of user error - like waxing over the same areas multiple times or not holding the skin taut properly.
