Outstanding product
Updated 7/26/23After a couple camping trips my only complaint is that you have to get up to adjust the back and its great however if the cogs were a bit smaller you could get that in-between spot I like, and the foot rest tends to pop off as the little push knobs get stuck now and then. I do love the height and longer seat for those of us that are tall and long legged this is easier on my back and legs. It is a heavy chair but we travel with our travel trailer so its not a big deal.EXACTLY what I was looking for! I actually checked the chair out on their website and then decided to check here on Amazon to see if I could get it a bit cheaper and with prime free return just in case it was not what I expected. No worries, love it. The fact I can adjust the legs helps tremendously as my arthritis sometimes makes it harder to get out of other camping chairs. Love that the foot rest can be attached easily. Note to manufacturer is make it so its attached all the time and fold under and pulls out for use. Looking forward to breaking in this chair.

Solid chair
The chair seems of good quality and durability. The leg rest took a little adjustment to get the spring lock to seat. Shipment was fast and the chair seems to be stabile and of better quality than many similarly priced manufactures. Looking forward to putting it to more of a test this summer.

BEST CHAIR EVER!
I purchased this chair for my 90 year old mother. We have a lot of outdoor gatherings and this chair was worth every cent. She usually would complain about other chairs hurting her legs because the seats weren’t long enough and would cut into her thighs. She bragged how comfortable the back was and how it wasn’t low to the ground making it easier to stand up. (Plus, other were asking me where I bought it and saying they wanted one.)

Not a good choice, made incorrectly and unusable
I goofed terribly and should have opened it up and put it together on the day it was received (my bad!!). I ordered for a trip which was cancelled and rescheduled twice, so when I needed it, it didn't work, and the warranty had long passed. The foot piece extension was made wrong and the spring loaded push-in pins (to lock/hold in place) didn't align with the holes on the chair. I didn't want to spend any $$ to fix (hire someone to drill new holes in the correct spot), so I put on the curb a couple of days before trash pick (with a note pointing out problem and the fix) - it was gone in a day.

Good for sleeping
My husband needs to sleep in a reclining position and when we travel he can’t always have a recliner in a hotel or friends house. We got this chair for traveling and it works very well. The height of chair and footrest are adjustable. A person can have the chair lie down flat as a cot. The footrest is optional to use or set aside as one probably might prefer for fishing. We plan to add a rod holder for use as intended as a fishing chair as well as a traveling recliner. It would be heavy to carry very far even though the canvas carrier is fine. But we did not want a flimsy chair for a robust man and we would recommend this chair/bed.

Large and heavy
We purchased these chairs for a hillside summer concert series. The chairs are very large and heavy and too cumbersome for easy transport and use. The return policy is terrible so we are stuck with chairs we cannot use.

The Back's Lean Level Has Many Choices.
Amazingly comfortable because of the material and the many different angles you can set the back rest to. The 'ottoman' has one set of legs and gets inserted into 2 support tubes just under the front of the seat. It's narrow enough for my wide legs to straddle as I get off and on. I can't get into it by sitting on the side, like you do when you enter your bed, but that is my problem and not the chair's fault. The ones I got last year from a Big and Tall company are wider, making it hard for me to do my straddle when getting in or out of the chairs. The carry sack insures the thing won't open as you carry it to and from the car. First day of using. I'll report back if any problems occur.
