It works
Whilst I'm not a fan of Apple products, this is relatively easy to use. As I only purchased it for setting the sound of the Sonos sound system, its slow processing speed isn't a big concern.

Ordered wrong series for nephew so had to send back. Refund was very speedy. Second purchase was equally as good. For refurbished items they really are excellent. Cannot fault product or seller.

Defective iPad
I bought this ipad mini 4 which was described as in excellent condition but it won't hold the charge after fully charged. I tried a few times but the battery won't last more than an hour. So I tried to return and as it a 3rd party seller and they are very rude telling me that I have to pay for return postage and refund will be issued after they received it. So I had a really bad experience and won't recommend it to anyone.

Battery was defective
The product turned up as described as it looked in excellent condition but the battery was defective. Turned it on and it stated it had a 55% battery then it shut off showing the flat symbol. Plugged it in and it came on and stated it was at 62% but shut off again. Left it on charge and it went to 100% very quickly but kept shutting off. I don’t usually buy used but this has putted me off, especially as I’m out of pocket £10 for sending it back recorded delivery.

Excellent condition, Bought as a cheap book reader that can have every reading app installed which rules out Kindle and a lot cheaper than one I looked at from another company which topped out at £400, this is the perfect reading companion
