It absorbs urine deeply leaving no wetness on the topsheet. So prevents leakage without sogginess for upto 12 hours.No rashes and very comfortable for my 4 month kid.Only using during sleeping hours for long duration with comfort

Product is too good. We have been using it for 2.4 years to our little one. It's lasts for more than 6 hours. But would suggest u to change it every 6 hours.
