I love cashews and these are the best I have had! The difficulty for me is that at 4 pm each day I can't seem to stop eating them. No kidding, I need to keep them on a top shelf where I have to get a step stool to reach. That way, it requires that I move the stool, open the cupboard and THEN get the bag. By then, everyone knows what I'm up to and will warn me to watch how many I eat before dinner. Only way I can stop myself. They are fresh tasting, full nuts. Too good to miss out on! Order some, but please leave a bag or 2 for me.

On the FRESHNESS, the quality of the ROASTING (they are neither over-roasted nor under-roasted), the cleanliness (see below) and the packaging of these cashews, I rate them a full five-stars. The only reason I chose only four stars as my overall rating is that I found the /flavor/ to be somewhat lacking in robustness-- a criticism that I saw made in another review as well.Some specific points in detail:- CLEANLINESS: Before eating cashews, I open each one, inspecting it for signs of vermin. Of the many different brands and batches of cashews that I have tried over the years, I must say that these from WE TALK NUTS/ FARM FRESH NUTS were definitely among the cleanest, containing the fewest number with signs indicating or suggesting such filth inside. (This is particularly relevant for the kosher consumer, since the Judaic dietary laws prohibit the consumption of insects and worms.)- PACKAGING: These cashews, like the other nut varieties that I have purchased from the WE TALK NUTS/ FARM FRESH NUTS brand, came packaged in a sturdy, re-sealable, upright-standing Ziploc-type plastic bag. When I had finished its contents, the bag was still intact and fully functional, indicating that it had stood-up well to the many openings and closings that I had subjected it to.- As indicated by the symbol on the package consisting of a "U" enclosed by a circle or "O", these roasted cashews are CERTIFIED KOSHER [1] by the Orthodox Union ("O.U."). [2]Considering that such a certification is a selling-point for many consumers, I am at a loss as to why it is not mentioned anywhere in the description of this product.NOTES:[1] Although pure nuts are an /inherently/ kosher product, /roasted/ nuts require reliable certification to ensure that the conditions under which the roasting and processing were done meet kosher standards.[2] The Orthodox Union is one of the most widely recognized and trusted kosher-certifying bodies in the world. When it comes to _food products_, I consider that which the O.U. certifies to be kosher. I feel compelled to note, however (lest people reading this review assume differently), that I cannot say the same for the organization's _ideological/philosophical/political positions_ , a number of which I consider to be decidedly /less-than/-kosher. This includes the /Zionism/ that the O.U. is quite outspoken and vocal about, for I am among the many Orthodox Jews who consider Zionism a /heresy/.

Arrive timely, fresh as could be. Tried several other companies, found these to be the best freshest yummy cashews out there. I have to start portioning my servings cause I really love these cashews.

Was looking for nuts that only had allergen of tree nuts, but all of their nuts have traces of soy. While they were fine, they were inedible for half the family because they had traces of soy. Why are all nut companies so lazy? Still looking for the perfect nut company...

I began eating nuts as a healthy addition to my diet about a decade ago. At some point I realized that many dry roasted nuts were actually cooked in oil. I also avoid dietary salt. These nuts are high quality, uniform in appearance, and have exceptional taste.
