Just what I needed !!!!!!
This product is great because it is gentle on the stomach. I had stopped taking iron pills for awhile because of the side effects of a sore stomach after ingesting other iron pills. The way I like to take these pills is to put them in my hot cereal in the mourning while I heat it up in the microwave then let it set for about 15 minute. The pill is slightly dissolved for me to swallow the rest with liquid. All in all, I love these pills. My energy has come back.

Definitely take
I’m vegan and I take these with assured satisfaction. My iron levels were a little low a fewyears ago and so I started supplementing it with these. My iron levels are normal now and the iron is being absorbed into my bloodstream. Highly recommended.

Gentle on My Stomach
This iron pill is easy on my stomach, and it really keeps me from being so fatigued. It does leave an after taste so I just drink my coffee right behind swallowing it.
