Q: Would these fit legs of a tall 8 year old to protect skin graft sights

Hello. I am a petite 5'4ft with slim arms. They cover all my arm. I believe they will fit your son's legs. I am not sure if there is another product which would be more appropriate for legs. If you choose to try this one, I would absolutely recommend this particular brand of sleeves as the material is stretchy and soft and hugs the arm nicely. The quality is lovely and they stay on. (PS: I have had arm sleeves from at least 2 other brands in the past: they would sag and the material would slip down my arm after 2 minutes, or lose their elasticity after a couple of washes, or they would just be too wide etc). Hope it helps.

Q: Does it fit for 20 month old boy?

Far too big. We bought for elderly lady with alzheimers who kept scratching her arms. They wouldn't stay up on her and although thin arms she's not a small lady. I think there are some kids ones for sale. I guess you could sew them onto a top? That may work.

Q: Is this item high elastic?

Yes it is, very comfortable as well, I had to wear it all summer.
