Fragrant Moonflower Bush! Will Stop Traffic 30 Seeds

Seeds sprouted fast & so far are handling this Texas heat. Time will tell as we get into the triple digits.

Planted this in a pot a few weeks ago, I have not seen a sprig since. Might be duds…..

I bought these, planted them and nothing. I'm not sure if they were alive. I waited the next year. Weeds took over. I have an associates degree in horticulture.

This is not a datura species. This is an ipomea alba, part of the morning glory genus. They look very similar but one is deadly and the other is not. The easier indicator for people who do not study botany would be the leaves. The leaves on this are heart shaped. Datura flowers have spade shaped leaves. I actually cannot use this for the college project I was doing.

Seeds were for a vine not a bush.

I tried 3 different methods to get these seeds to grow including the one in the instructions and 2 I have had great success with in the past. Not a single seed germinated. I did not give stars on Rate features because none of them applied to this product.

The seller provided instructions, but I couldn’t get them to sprout.
