Found that using this item changed the way I was doing push ups . Whether it’s the stance that I found myself using or the fact that you tend to feel like you are in a more vertical position for the push up ? Mix it in with your standard push ups a couple of times a week , to slightly alter the muscle tension . Good value item , hopefully will last as it is fairly sturdy and robust .

Pretty poor quality, and if you have big hands forget it. On the positive side - cheap compared to others.

The Good:The big rubber grip on the base is excellent and stops them slipping. Works well on carpet and hard floor.The Bad:There are a few areas around the handles where the plastic is sharp from the moulding and I've already managed to get a couple of small cuts from them.There is also a button under the handle that locks and unlocks the twisting mechanism which really gets in the way especially if you have big hands.

The squared off hard plastic handles are painful to use and really dig into your hands. Needs to be improved with a rubber handle grip. Wearing biking gloves is an easy fix. Apart from this they work well.

Great product, it came faulty but got in touch and the replaced straight away. Very happy with service and item.
