Yes. Apply and blend out. Can be used as a great base for shadows.

How much product does it have?

It's a small pot, but it will last forever. Because it is so highly pigmented, I just dab my brush in it and it has enough product on it! I use it on the inside of my lower lid, and it lasts all day! Only liner I will ever use.
