Have Used Since Late 90s
Okay, so I have used this protect off and on. I use to buy it from Walmart in the late 90s for under $4. Despite not taking the pills each day, I noticed my hair was thicker. Over the years, I have tried more expensive brands, but did not get the same results. Now, many years later, I don't know if our bodies require something different over time, so I am waiting to see what happens, as I am now natural and not relaxed.

This formula has alot of the main ingredients needed for healthy hair.
I used this brand for my hair 30 or 40 years ago and it made my hair healthy. It has PABA, biotin, pantothenic acid, and niacin which means it will get to your hair follicles. It also has a good amount of iodine , choline and inositol. I kept these in my purse and took one a day.
