Great product, however Ghirardelli needs to address their flawed pump. The feed tube doesn't reach the bottom of the container so the bottle still had 20-30%of its contents still inside that the pump cannot extract.

This chocolate sauce is sooo much better than Hershey’s and what Dunkin’ uses. I make my own iced mocha coffee at home now using this and it is better and saves me a lot of money.

Tastes just like the chocolate filling in Starbucks chocolate croissant! Teriffic taste but beware if you live at altitude, the bottle arrived strangely bloated looking, and about 1/4 cup of sauce burst out when opened. Also, this product does NOT come with the pump as pictured in the checkout illustrations, so you might as well order one with the original purchase.

System will not allow me to leave one star! This went moldy before I finished the bottle. I did not contaminate it, I used good sterile technique to put the brand new pump into the bottle. I'll not purchase it again.

Ghirardelli also makes a powdered Chocolate / Mocha dry powder that is really awesome to mix with your mochas. Add's chocolate and a slight more coffee flavor. This stuff is great. super Thick. Great for use on Ice Cream or other deserts as well.

I buy this chocolate to make my husband mocha lattes at home. He loves the flavor and it really makes the drinks great! The only problem is that Girardelli sauces tend to mold quicker than other sauces and syrups out there. This is not the first time I have had this problem. I keep the sauce in a dry dark cabinet in our house, but yet it still tends to mold before the expiration date. I only had this chocolate open for about 4 months, before this thick mold grew. And as far as I know, it doesn’t require to be refrigerated. I just wished it lasted a couple months longer at room temp, because it only had about a quarter of sauce left. Great choice though if you would use it within 2-3 months.

I would like to know how I'm supposed to get this chocolate out of the jug. There is no pump and it is as thick as frosting. I had to toss it. Never buying again from this seller.

What is there to say, other than this is so delicious. Great for coffee. Great for ice cream. Haven’t tried just drinking it, but I’m sure it would be good for that as well.
