Fantastic customer service
Fantastic customer service from Amy at Ollny - the curtain lights had a small fault with the timer setting - Amy at Ollny was really responsive, helped solve the issue and sent replacement lights free of charge. I’ve had sets of these lights across the years for outdoor use in the garden and they are hard wearing and look fantastic - highly recommended. Thanks again to Amy and Ollny.

Easy to use
Present for teenage girl who wanted it for her room. Apparently loves it. Easy to use.

Wire lights - not easy to untangle
Lovely curtain lights powered by USB. They tell you in instructions to hang the row first and thereafter untangle each drop to prevent them tangling badly. I managed to untangle 9 out 10 of the drops but the 5th one was a nightmare. Once they're tangled it's almost impossible to untangle. Therefore I have a 'star' in the middle of mine! Wire thickness is about a mm.

Gorgeous!
Got these for my daughter's bedroom window and they're perfect, really brightened up her room all winter. She has a big full length window and these were even bigger so I draped them around her cupboard as well. My granddaughters admired them so they got them sent to them for Christmas as well.

Sparse
These do not look like the picture. There is about 6 inches between the coils that hang down. These are a thin wire with very sparse lights & the coils do not relax. I am quite disappointed. Oh well at least they weren’t expensive.

Only lasted one Christmas
Used them at Christmas. Packed away carefully- did not work again when I can to use them again, unable to return as had been too long. Waste of money

Flimsy with big chunks of plastic. Won’t be usingEDIT Since posting my review I was contacted by the company who offered me a replacement or refund. Whilst I didn’t like the product the customer service was excellent. Clearly a company that cares about its reputation
