Perfect
Worked perfectly on my 2010 Specialized FSRxc to adapt my 185mm rear rotor to a more attainable and affordable 180mm rotor. FYI, I notice no negative effects of the insignificantly smaller rotor. If anything, I have more modulation with my rear wheel now.

Great accessory to upgrade disc
I purchased this IS bracket to upgrade my front disc rotor from 160mm to 180mm on my Avid Juicy 7 brake system. The mount fits perfectly! One thing I noticed is that I had to use the mounting bolts that came with the bracket as the threading from the old mount seemed tight... no problem. if you are upgrading your Juicy / BB7 brake to bigger digger disc then this is a must.

Item desciption incorrect.
In item description says for front and or rear. This is incorrect. This will only work on the rear. This needs to be fixed so others don't spend $18+ and there time trying to install. The adapter itself is ok.

Perfect to swap from the front 160mm rotor to a 180mm rotor
The hard part of swapping out disc brake rotors on a bike is figuring out which adapter to use. The descriptions for each adapter sold online are pretty poor. The actually swapping is pretty easy. This adapter let me adjust the position of my Avid BB7 brake caliper to change from a 160mm to a 180mm rotor on the front of my bike. I had IS mounts on my bike's front fork and I removed the existing adapter and fit this new one. I do have a torque wrench so the bolts can be torqued to spec. Then I replaced the rotor attached to the wheel's hub with a larger one. I adjusted the caliper's alignment with the rotor using the CPS mounting bolts with the conical washers per Avid's instructions and I was ready to go. Look on YouTube for a video to "adjust BB7 brakes" if you've not done this before, its pretty easy. You don't have to touch the cable adjustment.

bracket fits and works as advertised
I bought this to go on an older race face fork that I put a 160mm disc on for my wife. It does exactly what it needed to do.

Allowed me to go from 140mm to 160mm rotors!
Just what I needed. Silly me didn't even think about buying this when I went with rotors 20mm larger than initally expected.Installed this bracket and works like a champ!

Does the job in OEM style
Upgraded from 160 -> 180mm rotors. This guy did the trick for the rear.

Two Stars
Accompanied bolts are too long. They hit the brake rotor. Maybe adding more washers would help?
