Cheap Junk
Very cheap charger, I have to wrap a rubber band around the battery and charger to get it to make contact enough to charge. Not recommended.

Can be powered by AC or cigarette lighter
Battery charger works fine and charges up not only the supplied batteries but also another, larger one. I really like that it can be powered by the AC line or the cigarette lighter plug.

It isn't the heaviest feeling charger, but I got what I paid for and it all works great (I haven't tried the car charger yet). Unless you're beating the charger around it will last just fine.
