Good quality and easy to take

Zinc is good for overall health. I take one tablet everyday. Great size, decent taste. Dissolves after a few minutes.

These are part of my health regime now. If I am in a crowd or possibly exposed to airborne germs, I make sure that evening to swab my nose with a gel and suck on one of these zinc tablets. So far, so good.

Zinc and Vitamin C are lacking in many diets so these lozenges are like popping a breath ment in your mouth instead of swolling them huge pills. Each contains 100mg Vitamin C, and 23mg of Zinc.

These taste great - and a lot less artificial than most flavoured lozenges. They're mostly Vitamin C - the Zinc is a tiny portion by volume, though still a significant amount by RDI. They work well - at least psychologically - if you're feeling a bit under the weather. Especially alongside some B-12.

The size of this citrus flavored lozenge is perfect. I like the tart flavor.

Compared to other products out on the market and found this one to fit my needs. Taste reminds me of the EmergenC lozenges.
