I highly recommend this product. it makes a lot of fog. it always works. The difference is night and day. definitely five star product it is easy to fill with tapwater it's worth every penny spent. I've been using it consecutively for several months now and I am very pleased . I felt compelled to that other reptile owners know that this is the one to buy. I love this u it. It works great so far. This is second generation model and my second unit. Liked it so much I bought another. 1st generation model broke after 4 months continuance use. How ever with the 1 year warrantly and at the wharehouse my curomer service on warranty have been hands down phenomenal! Ive been dealing with Tmal Shu. Whos a greatbrepresentive to this company. They have sent newest 3rd generation model to me. I was given option of replacing with another 1st generation model which would.have same possible defect. Immiediatly or a brand new 2nd generation improved model which I have one of and its great still.just chugging along. Finally my 3rd option was to wait several days and they ofdered to send me a brand spanking ndw 3rd generation model in sleek black and clear with i.proved everything including lools and design. which is much improved with itself having yet another 1yr warranty from date of replacment. I mean seriosly they could have just sent my a cheap new ultrasonic disk for a few cents and made me take.it aprt. Or just sent a. 1st generation u it . But they no longer sell them because they had a defect and dont want to send out bad product. Even replacing with a new 2nd gen model would have been great . But to tell me if im willing and avle to wait ill get the beqest best thi g going. Thats really going above and beyond Thakks Tomal your really a credit to your buisness My friend. I have told all my fellow reptile loving friends about this and my.myckgy friend who use these products in mai taining humidity for gourmet adn medicinal fungi. Fellow herptigist amazon customers.Dont be tricked into buying zoo med and other pet store brands passive hu.idity.or.uktra sonic systems. with a low1liter capacity and well over double the price of this awesome product with nearly a 1.gallow tank size. This product is GREEEEEAT !! the warranty will be honored above and beyond what you would expect with the ut.ksy professionalism. Their customer service is great and bar none best Ive had with an over seas companny thru amazon. I can state enough how awesome and easy this has been Tomal is an awesome rep. I emailed the company to say how I am impressed as well. Normally with a "discount" chinese product you almost expect the warranty to be difficult or ot honkred. For there to be a horrible language barrier. That at worst makes the hassle of trying to process a warranty not even worth the trouble. But at the low price you figure even if it breaks and the warranty is not honred its easier to just buy another and yous still paying less for teo than ypu would one "name brand unit" Howver No worries here they have a great product just keeps getting better theres no language barrier and very good open honest service. That is in fact unexpected and quite refreshing. I would tecomend taking a shot on this product ad I have 2 times nkw and I couldnt be happier . Get the unit have happy reptile pets be a happy owner grow great fungi. Have a killer vivarium all at an affordabke price with a fantastic customer service exp and agreat warranty.

I use this for my Greek tortoise and 2 baby sulcatas. It is awesome keeps the humidity up and the tortoises live it. The auto shut off when it's out of water is great and the light turns red. Works great and I love it for the shell health for the babies.

I love that this fogger has a large capacity and also enables you to utilize dual hoses that stretch for either side of a big enclosure. It also runs pretty silently for the most part. These things were clearly thought through, which I appreciate.However.All that thought out into it and no one thought of the idea to be able to refill the basin from the top?! Nah, instead you have to take off the hose, then separate the basin, turn it upside down, and unscrew the cap. Every. Single. Time. You. Refill. Which is every couple of days, btw. A considerable inconvenience in my opinion. I also don’t like how the cap connected to the hoses doesn’t stay on snugly. I’m not sure if I just got a bad one or if there’s some engineering reason for this, but the hoses have tilted over a handful of times already due to this.I’ve only had this for a couple of days, but the downsides, few as they may be, may not outweigh the upsides.

First off, i read the reviews before submitting the order. I took into consideration there are always a number of items that have one off flaws that make it out to the market and the vocal majority are tiypically those who are more dissattisfied than satasfied. I chose to order anyway because of the number of good reviews as well.I set this up for a tiral and ran it with a quart of water to be sure. It ran just fine.one week later i set up my system and filled the tank, a half hour later i noted the file cabinent that the unit was sitting on was saturated as the tank leaked all over.Normally I would have requested a return slip but i recycled the packing since the trial run was fine and didnt want to deal with packing it up, no point in my spending more money to send back junk.so i took apart the base and found that it was leaking from the sonic plate, the rubber gasket simply isnt enough to support the load. Kinda scary since that's alot of water hitting the internal wiring.I dried out the insides and applied some RTV sealant i had out to the fitting and screw holes. Hopefully my fix worded,but i do not suggest ordering this item unles you want to risk receiving some shocking news, or at the very least some water damage. But you could do either of those for free by either sticking a key into an electrical outlet or pouring a gallon of water out over your file caninet or what ever you end up placing your fogger on, also not reccomended, especially the key thing!! seriously, don't stick a key in the outlet unless you want to win a Darwin award.

USe it daily on a timer. Works great. I used distilled water in it and have had no problems. Would recommend to anyone needing a mister , especially if you need to mist 2 cages. i put tape over second hole when I no longer needed it for 2 cages. Works great. i will buy again when the need arises. As nothing lasts forever, although i have had it for months now with no problems. it does shut off when out of water and lets you know by showing a red light.
