Great Computer With All The Fixings
I’ve had this computer for well over a week now and it has been performing amazingly! The product came exactly as described since I checked through all the parts and it is actually a pretty decent deal considering what all comes with it as well as it already being built for you. Packaging was very secure and I’m very happy with my new computer. The Customer Support was also very nice and helpful when I contacted them about an inquiry. Overall, I’m very happy with what I have and I ran some GPU & CPU tests on my machine and it all works spectacularly!

Bang for the buck.
I didn't want to spend much time assembling a custombuilt PC, so I bought this product on sale for 1410 bucks. Here's what came inside the rig:ASRock Z390 Phantom Gaming 4 CB($125, well it's a custom board, so it may not worth the same)MSI RTX 2070 Super OC Ventus 8gb ($510)i7-9700k ($350)Apevia RGB fans ($31)Apevia ATX-800w ($65)Win 10 Home ($72)Cyberpower PC case (i'll say about $50)XPG DDR4 2400 16GB RAM ($70)2tb Seagate HDD ($40)240gb Western Digital Green SSD ($44)Gaming Mouse and Keyboard ($20)Wifi AC 9460 ($5)Asetek 550LC Liquid Cooler ($35)Total = $1417Of course, this may be an overestimate of the cost, however I think the deal was pretty decent. When I received the PC after a week, I tried benchmark on every component that I got. CPU scored decent on cinbench and 3dmark, however, I saw the clockspeeds were a bit lower than a regular 9700k would run(No overclocking btw, I never overclock because it may damage the component). Maybe this is due to a cheap motherboard, but I'm not sure about that.Crystalmark for 2 disks were decent, and they were already used for about 15hours which is acceptable(Cyberpower assemble PC from tested components)GPU marked about 10100 for 3DMARK Timespy which is accurate for a 2070 super. The temps never went above 70 degrees which was a relief.First thing I didn't like about this product, the fans came with a wrong setup. They were all set to exhaust. You can see that the product page also has the configuration wrong. This PC produces a lot of heat, and the stock fans that came inside are not that good( only goes up to about 1350 RPM). So If you happen to buy this product, I strongly suggest you to change the fan direction(for the 2 fans next to the mainboard. The 2 fans sandwiching the radiator is set up correctly). You can connect 2 extra fans to the mainboard so I strongly suggest doing that if you don't want to experience heating issues later on.I also didn't like how they managed the cables. It literally looked like a rat's nest. Some were not tied and bunch of tapes were loosened as well. And finally, the z390 CUSTOMBOARD. You have no support or BIOS updates for this motherboard. Well, I can contact the seller if my motherboard goes wrong, but still, no bios update is a huge downside. I think they do have all the functionality compared with the regular phantom 4 tho(number of ports, etc.)Overall, the PC's been running fine. It's really quiet even though it's liquid cooled(Maybe it might grow louder over time). I also monitored the temperatures, and surprisingly, it usually ran at 40~50 and never went past 65 celcius. I'd say i'm pretty satisfied with this PC for now. As you can see in the photo, I switched the fan configuration and added a fan to blow directly to the graphics card, and it's working pretty well.

Happy so far
UPDATED: I spent over $1800.00 on this computer a year and a half ago (and another $400.00 for memory) and have now been informed that the Asus Z390-P motherboard Cyberpower installed with this system is NOT compatible with Windows 11. I now have a PC that can't be upgraded past Windows 10. I spoke with Cyberpower today and they took no responsibility whatsoever for this, blaming it instead on Microsoft, Asus, and even myself for purchasing it. Most Asus motherboards built in the last 2-3 yearsI graduated from 1080p to 4K video editing a few months ago and my older pc wasn't able to handle it. I usually build my own pc's, but I just wasn't up to devoting all the time and effort into putting a new one together, so I started shopping for pre-built video editing stations. After looking around for quite awhile, I was surprised by just how few were actually available. I finally settled on Cyberpower, as it seemed like the model I bought would have the right processor and graphics card I was looking for and reviewers had mentioned that it was a good choice for editing. Some other reviews I read were a little disconcerting. Several users on Amazon seemed to have had difficulties with gear having not been installed correctly when they received the pc (fans being installed baclwards?), and I seriously wondered if I was going to regret the decision of buying a whole system; the last thing I wanted to do was to have to pack it all back up again and go through the tedious process of sending it back and forth. Surprisingly, I was able to receive it from Cyberpower within 5 or 6 days, and it was very well packaged. It's been almost three weeks now and so far the pc has been problem-free and runs beautifully. It's quite a bit more powerful than my old system and the Nvidia 2070-S card is a nice jump up from my 1650, but the 16gb of ram they provided is just barely enough to edit 4K. If I attempt to do any color grading or particle effects, it slows to a crawl. I'm in the process of upgrading it to 64gb, which I'm pretty confident will correct the issue. All in all, I think it was a good buy so far and I'd recommend it to others. Unfortunately I'm not much of a gamer, so I really can't evaluate the system in that area. The only other real drawback I can mention is that I assumed like most desktop pc's there would be a CD/DVD drive built into it. There wasn't. Strangely, Cyberpower actually includes a driver CD with the rig, which is pretty much useless unless you buy an external drive separately (which I did). When I purchased it I really wasn't too concerned with the colored led lights in the case and around the fans, but now that I've had it for awhile I have to admit the color selection looks pretty flashy. So far, so good. I'll update my review with any further changes.

my new baby
I had an issue with my previous PC, sent it back, and got this higher model. Great value! This is my 6'th Cyberpower PC, and I love it like my first :)
