Adds heat without changing or over powering the flavor of the dish. Versatile.
This Gochujang red chili paste is exactly as advertised. I enjoy some heat in many different recipes but the problem can be that the spicy ingredient adds heat but no flavor, or in other situations completely changes the intended flavor of the dish. Gochujang adds heat without over powering the flavor of the dish. I have used it in different soups, stews, stir fries, and sauces for pork and chicken dishes. Highly recommend.

I had not even opened this product and it started to leak right in my cupboard.
did not get a chance to even try this product as it was sealed but leaked all over my cupboard. I called the supplier and they would not do anything for me. it is not a cheap sauce and I did not want to take the chance of eating it in case of food illness. considering the cost to make this product, I really thought that the manufacturer would have helped me with this matter. I would not buy from them again
