Best gluten free flour blend around! I make my own blend most of the time but this is great to have on hand for quick recipes.

My favourite gf flour. Also comes in self-raising. Shipped well, carefully packed and no damages.

terrible packing

I have folks I bake for that are gluten intolerant, so I've been trying to find a 1:1 ratio GF AP flour. I have tried several brands and have been unhappy with the texture of finished products. This flour, unfortunately, is no different. Finished products (think chocolate chip cookies) are VERY crumbly and have a weird tongue texture. The bag it arrives in allows for a little squeeze of the flour and it even sounds wrong. Sort of like walking on very powdery snow...a little crunchy sound, whereas regular flour is soundless in packaging. And the worst part of it all is that I cannot return it as it's ineligible for returns (which I get, but still....) If texture isn't a thing for you, then I'm sure this is as good as the next GF flour, but for me, I guess the search continues. Be well, y'all.

Received the item on 1/30, use by date is 3/17 at $10/bag that's a little frustrating! Hoping the flour isn't bad since it has obviously been sitting around awhile waiting for someone to buy it!

I was disappointed with this freee gluten free flour. It did not cook well.

three packages were purchased and when i opened the box it was a mess! one of the packages was ripped (see picture) Please make this right
