Beeman Pellet Trap with Targets and Silhouettes

The trap is very effective and appears to hold up well. The silhouettes are a variety of sizes so you can match the target to your ability. The trap comes with some paper targets as well. I believe the paper targets are a common size so replacements are easy to find. I use a Crosman P1377 at about 25 feet and the trap is perfect. The trap makes for an easy to set up, safe, indoor range.

Excellent pellet trap. If you or someone you know welds, spot weld in a 14 ga. doubler on the back-inside. Otherwise, over time, the shots hit the same area, and deform the metal outward. Eventually it will make a hole in the back, and it actually starts to happen fairly quickly. I did this upgrade on one about 15+yrs. ago, and the doubler is still intact, flat. You get the idea. This purchase is for a friend, and I did the exact improvement to it, it took me less than a half hour. Good luck.

I bought this pellet trap because I am not able to get to the shooting range very often. Shooting pellets gives me the opportunity to work on shooting fundamentals at home. I bought a cheap, low power pellet gun to use with this trap, and it has worked well.The trap is made of sheet metal with thicker metal targets. The trap handled the pellets with no problem. It is not very loud, and has not deformed at all. It stops about 3/4 of the pellets in the trap, with some ricocheting out at low speed. The metal targets are solid, but the paint instantly comes off. I found the bigger two targets to be too big within 20 yds, but the smaller ones provide a good challenge.Overall, this is a really good product that will provide hours of fun and shooting practice. If you are a new shooter, you may want to consider a bigger trap, but for my purposes, this works great.

Generally fine, but few flaws. Fisrt noway to hang on the wall or tree. You need a flat space with certain height. Second bolts inside are too long for target. There should be two shortest and two medium size bolts, not one shortest and two medium and useless long bolt. I am wondering if Amazon can send me proper size bolts. Duribliaty is fine, just as they claimed. I used daisy 717 which has around early 400 fps, it went through well. Peeling off paint is natural, no complaints.Update: Stand of big bird broke today, after roughly 200 shots. Never expected problem. Funny. It seems like just snapping can fix, but too loose, might need soldering. But, no complaints about this, it is supposed to be broken anyway.

This is really cool. Very durable and works great. Worth it if you use makeshift targets, because this one will last you a good while. Put a piece of cardboard at the back of the inside of the box, and you’ll catch almost every pellet.

Just as described. This is perfect for the back yard to keep the holes in our wood fence to a minimum! Easy to set up, thick gage steel construction, safe to use, and all kinds to options to make for challenging practice and fun for kids and adults of all ages. Do they sell refills on the paper targets / other targets that work with this?My son loves this and so do I! I would buy this again in a heartbeat.

Purchased for my son to practice with his bb guns. Works fine for that. The back does get beat up a bit, but some heavy gauge cardboard stuck to the back helps

The paper/cardboard target feature of this pellet trap is fine. The metallic silhouettes can cause ricochets - they are heavy and sturdy, but don't kill the pellet's momentum completely. So be careful to observe the distance restrictions in the documentation (shoot from far enough away), and do *not* use a pellet rifle with it.
