Great product at a great price

Tested, or not tested?
The laptop is in great cosmetic shape! Very fast for an older model, and works for simple music production as a back-up.The main question is this; With all the people who signed off on the "quality control" form, why couldn't at least one person realize that when the laptop is at 100% battery life, as soon as you unplug it the battery meter drops down to 3% immediately after, and turns off within 10 seconds. How was this missed?! There is a check-mark next to "Battery" that states it has been tested. Shame shame.

Problems
Just a little over a month after I had it, the sound wasn't working right. I have to use a head set. Now I'm 3 months in and I found out I need to replace the battery. It's in great shape cosmetically, and it seems to run fine other than the sound and battery issue. I would have returned it in December, but family emergencies followed by a bad case of Co-vid rendered me unable to deal with it, so now I'll have an added expense just 3 months into purchasing this computer.

Didn't come with a power cord!
Purchased this item for some admin work I have to do. The item arrived with no power cord and no existing battery life. Not happy!

Heavily used laptops
Laptop had obviously been heavily used in a corporate setting and had very scuffed cases and a case crack, and with poor battery life. Count on having to do work to get it up to snuff. Problem was that the seller thought it OK to sell it in that condition. I kept is as I received a large discount and am handy.

Don't buy refurbished
The ports were all full of some sticky buildup.
