The kneading nodes and heat feel amazing on sore spots, and the adjustable straps help customize the pressure. It can be a little intense and slightly noisy, but overall, it’s super effective and totally worth it!

I love this so much I purchased two! It is very durable, the battery life....it plugs in. The heat level was lacking as I could not tell a difference between being on heat or not on heat. It is bulky for storage but worth it. It does alleviate shoulder, back, neck, I even put it on my arms and legs after a workout LOL

I bought this for my spouse for Christmas. He thought it was a good gift since his neck gets real tight sometimes. It worked like a charm and certainly does get a lot of the kinks out of your neck. A nice little massager for the neck. Battery life was good and is good for pain relief. If the price goes down ... it would be perfect as a gift. I would give again as a gift.

Bought this with hopes that it would help my shoulder and neck discomfort that seems to come and go. I was going to a massage therapist for a time and that added up quickly.This little massager is perfect and does the job well for which I need. Highly recommend. I use it laying down across my shoulders and neck and it feels amazing. Not too much pressure and it's not loud at all.

This is the third of this type of back massager I've bought, and this one is by far the best, but it's problems still show up.So, pros? It is very comfortable, and works well, applying good pressure, without pain. others I've bought HURT with how they dig into you. This one does not, and even at high pressure, is comfortable.The heat feels great, and can be turned off. Others I've used either didn't offer much heat, or nearly burned you. This gets hot, but it won't burn you.Unlike the others I've bought, I have never had an issue with this one over heating or locking up, and shutting off. No, it runs its full cycle. By not overheating, I'm inclined to assume the motor in it is actually well made, and by not locking up, it makes it a better choice for bigger people.So, what are the cons that cost it two stars?First, the backing that covers the rollers? One constant experience I've had with these kinds of massagers is they ALWAYS tear. Once they start to tear, there is no fixing it. I've had this for three months, and mine has torn. One roller is completely exposed. No fixing it.Second, the exposed roller, by coincidence, seems to have broken something in it's gearing. Clockwise, it works fine. Counterclockwise, and it starts grinding. I could ignore this if I could just tell the massager to not alternate directions when in use, but you can't. It has a cycle, and you can't alter it. When it alternates, I have to reach for the button to switch it back while listening to the grinding and being worried every second it is like that, the motor might be further damaged.As my issues are not product defects, but just come from use, I doubt I could qualify for a return or refund, but the fact that I didn't get 3 months out of the thing really bugs me.As it stands, when I want another of this style massager, I'll likely buy this again.... but I'll do it knowing I'm throwing money at a product I'll be throwing in the trash inside of 6 months.

I seriously never leave reviews of products but this massager has absolutely been a godsend. I have issues with my shoulders rounding excessively due to sitting at a desk writing for 8-12 hours a day. I had been experiencing such severe shoulder, neck and upper back pain that I was sometimes unable to fall asleep for 4-6 hours. I had been using a massage gun as well as a theracane but my pain would only partially subside for a few minutes before returning. THIS MASSAGER HAS COMPLETELY ELIMINATED MY BACK/SHOULDER/NECK PAIN. I am honestly blown away. I am SO happy I decided to order this. I had EXTREMELY DEEP tension and pain and I can’t believe this device has completely fixed me. My mood has improved, sleep has improved, and I feel like a person again. Bless this device

Pros: I like the multi-massage modes. Switches are simple to use. Gives a good massage.Cons: Back of massager extendes too far back and makes it impossible to lean my head back to my recliner.Needs leds or somthing to tell which mode it is in.
