Great Product, read my honest review
Hello, first I would like to say that I have read reviews on here about breaking and adhesive issues, I am here to cut through the nonsense and give you a clear, sensible, honest and intelligent review, with that said, let's get started. These magnets are extremely strong, they came with a plastic insert between each magnet to help separate them a little to make it easier to remove each individual magnet, I recommend that you turn and slide them apart and not pull, why? Well because if you pull and you lose your grip (which is highly possible) they can "smash" together and break, I simply turned my magnets, one by one as needed and slid it off sideways, absolutely no issues and absolutely no breakages, now for the double sided adhesive tape, it's seems made of a thin foam type double sided adhesive and I tested it, it is very very sticky, now I will say, as with any tape or adhesive, if you do not prepare both surfaces you can have adhesion issues, not the adhesives fault, but the fault of the user, you should clean both the magnet (both sides) and the surface you plan to mount it to with a non oil type cleaner, I used 99% isopropyl alcohol (which can damage certain surfaces so be careful and test it out), after I cleaned the entire magnet and the surface I wanted it to stick to, I allowed the alcohol to dry for at least a minute or more, then I applied the tape to the surface, then applied the magnet to the tape, held it on with pressure from my finger for about a minute or two and voilà!!, A very strong bond between the adhesive to magnet and the adhesive to surface, so moral of this story is, be aware the magnets are strong so don't let them crash together, slide them apart and always prepare your joing surfaces, always. That's all I have for ya, take care and best of luck.I give this product 5 stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Work great
Used them so that I could mount a worklight on my band saw that is plastic. Double sided tape on saw to hold magnets. Magnets hold the work light solidly. They break easily if dropped. Hold very tight, hard to pull off. Great magnets.

These magnets are stronger than the Hulk!
These magnets are so strong, it's very difficult to pull them apart from when they come together in the package. You've got to be pretty strong. But they are excellent for using with anything that needs a strong hold. Even on your fridge, they are so strong, you might end up picking up your fridge when you try to remove the magnet!

You have to slide them apart- not try and pry them up
We used these for an event where we needed to get 4x6 posters to stick to tent legs without blowing away. These worked incredibly well! They are strong and not too large. Why did you pick this product vs others?:The reviews from others who know to take them out correctly from the case.

Strong! Really strong!
These were perfect for securing removable aluminum panels to a computer case I'm building. I applied a 1/2" wide strip of thin spring steel to the perimeter of the panels. The magnets got applied to the inside of the flanges of the aluminum frame so that they had to attract the steel on the panels though the thickness of the aluminum (1/16" to 1/8") and the adhesive strips (another 1/16") that came with the magnets. Despite all the material the magnets had to go through to attract the steel strips on the aluminum panels, they were easily able to do the job. They were a bear for my old arthritic hands to separate from the stack they come in. I found sliding the magnet I was removing lengthwise using a piece of aluminum I could grip was the best way to get them apart. Still, my hands hurt afterwards. I also had to be sure to keep them several inches away from steel and the rest of the magnets. This isn't a complaint—the magnets are supposed to attract that strongly—but is more of a heads up to be careful with them. The one complaint I do have is why did they supply white mounting strips with black magnets? Seriously? I used a black marking pen to blacken the white edges of the mounting strips after applying them to the magnets.

They're strong
I bought these to mount one on the front of my Husqvarna Automower because there's some kind of bug in the firmware that causes the machine to not know it's in the dock, and keep backing out to re-try. Husqvarna was no help, so I mounted a Zwave contact sensor on the dock, and one of these magnets on the machine, so that Home Assistant would know when it docks, and send the Park command at the correct time. The magnet needed to be weatherproof, bar-shaped but not too wide to fit vertically on the front of the mower, and strong enough to trigger the sensor from a slight distance because space is limited inside the dock. Check, check, and check. I sculpted a mount from polymer clay so the magnet fits nicely on the mower, and it looks like it's supposed to be there. It's stayed in well so far, but I have spares if it should ever come off.

Bad adhesive
Super strong magnets absolute garbage adhesive. Seriously these things didn't stick for more than 10 hours. The adhesive separated from the foam.
