Very pleased with purchase
Have had this a few weeks now and use it often. No problems. Nice lava lamp. Pink wax and purple liquid. Nice contrast. Good value

Awsome, also great for sensory
This lava lamp is epic, it does get hot so watch out. Putting this thing on a smart plug was the best idea I had, so It's always 'lavaring' at it's best when I'm around, I run it for 8 hours a day and it takes 30-45 mins to heat up. Having this I also found out that a lava lamp provides a nice orange-red glow also providing great sensory input for keeping a calm atmosphere for someone with ASD or SPD. Draws on average 30w (29-32, see image).

Glitter lamp
The media could not be loaded. Brought this to replace a very old lamp that had stopped working. Wasn’t sure about it after reading a few reviews. Decided to go with it and I have to say can’t fault it. Once it has warmed up it is full of small glitter which does look great . All things considered it is great value for money

Excellent value for money and an excellent lamp
Bought the lamp to replace an old one. Unboxed, plugged in , waited 90 minutes and working like a dream. Had it for a few weeks now and it’s a brilliant lamp with lots of lava balls that glow red. For the money this is exceptional value for money.

Faulty after 8 weeks with no return options.
Changed my review to 1 star after only 8 weeks due to the following:1. The bright blue has washed out to pale silver hue as though the liquid dye was heat sensitive.2. It has blown two blubs with a pop when turning on. They went discolored with a burned odour.3. The Amazon window has closed and the seller will not accept returns.4. This item is now a fire hazard and has been disposed of.It was previously used responsibly on a sideboard in a dry ventilated space at room temperature.Total loss:Item £182 bulb pack £6I have another traditional 'blob' lava lamp which works fine after two years with no issues.Maybe I got a bad one.Maybe you will too.

Not quite as pictured but ok for the price
The media could not be loaded. Cheap price -- took a risk. My kids love their new lava lamp. It does the lava thing well.They haven't seen the product photo with a lovely vibrant blue water and green wax. So they don't realise our colours don't quite match up to the brand photos. The blue liquid is very dark, the wax has a red/pink tinge to it definitely not vibrant green. But I guess to be expected with the price? If paid £30 I would send it back but for nearly £15 I can live with it. Just something to be aware of before you buy.
