It should have come with a card outside the box with instructions if not then u can click on the brand name on ur order list to email the company. It's very easy just says to mix 50% of each and mix for few min til consistency is even then pour. Takes about 24-48 hrs to set completely. Rinse cup and stir stick with soap n hot water to reuse

This is ok, but please make sure to use pigment suitable for epoxy resin, for example, epoxy resin is not suitable for use with acrylic paint.

I ordered this and instead of getting this exact product, they gave me a smaller size. how do i email them to get the product i actually ordered?

What size did you get? Because i thought i was getting 16oz bottles, however part a & b were 8 oz each. Seems like epoxy advertises the total oz combined between the 2 instead of individual and that got me. You can always go to your order history and contact the seller.
