Works fine. Doesn’t seem to be as durable as older mantels but what is? Will buy again.

With mantles getting harder to find I thought I’d try these that out. I have a Coleman 635, 639 and a petromax 500 candle power kerosene lantern. I will say that these mantles work beautifully so well with the lantern that I bought a couple extra boxes and you can’t beat the price of them either. Thank you for putting a great product out there that will work in place of the Coleman mantles.

really good price, but these are not individually packaged. They are all thrown in one bag and you have to be careful how you store them. Work good, and yes they smoke when you burn them off, they all do that. I have been using gas lamps for 50 years and these are better than the preformed ones and way cheaper!

They are very large. Not that is a bad thing I am using it on my dual fuel lantern and they work great. No field test yet but I will update my review after our first camping trip to see how they do..

worked fine for my BriteLyt. Note that they must be initially treated by lighting it on fire with the pre-heater of your lantern. It will shrink then to appropriate size.

Larger than normal mandrels. Don't hold up well to rough roads.
