I do a lot of canning using cream of tartar in the hot water bath pot to eliminate water spotting on the lids. The very small bottles available in grocery stores is so expensive for the small amount you get. And I could go through three bottles in one canning season.Now with this large size, it is so much cheaper and lasts the entire season.

This ingredient works as expected. I can't go the store frequently so the size is more than adequate for my needs.

I was buying the little "shot glass" bottles from the local grocery store for the same price as this big 25 oz. bottle. What a significant savings!!!! I bake a LOT, and go through Cream of Tartar bottles. This thing will last me all year. I'm glad I found a name brand volume Cream of Tartar from McCormick.

Makes wonderful angel food cake with it and my meringue cookies are a now a peace of pure heaven as a result of this cream of tartar blend

I purchased this product to aid in making "ice cream" from aquafaba.It does the job that I need it for.I can pretty much predict that my "ice cream" making for the year has ended. However, I can hardly wait until the weather warms up and I begin making more batches of "ice cream".Definitely worth the money.

It has been increasingly hard to find cream of tarter locally. This is a good value for the price.
