Great taste and easy to chew.

These taste ok and are a very soft gummy consistency. They say to take 2 a day which contain 5,000 mcg of biotin. To me I feel like that is way too much so I only take one a day at 2,500 mcg which has been working for me because that’s the amount I’ve been taking daily with another biotin gummy. However that product was out of stock so I decided to go with these. They should last me a good 2 months and the price was decent at about $12.99 The previous ones I was taking were the Nature Made hair, skin and nails which worked amazing for me. I’ve noticed a big difference in my nails. They are so much stronger and the longest they’ve ever been! Only 2 nails have chipped very very little at the ends in the month since I’ve been taking biotin and I just grab my filer and quickly filed them out. I’ve noticed a bit of a difference in my skin, but not much yet and nothing really with my hair, but I’ve only been using biotin for about a month now and hair takes a while to grow so I’m hoping I’ll see somewhat of a difference in a few more months. If you’re having trouble with hair & nail growth and skin problems I would highly recommend adding a biotin gummy to your everyday routine! You won’t be disappointed!!

Over the last year, I have lost more than 100 pounds. That was great but my hair started falling out. Like a lot of hair! I ordered these to try and I am so glad I did. The first month I noticed more shine to my hair and brighter smoother skin. I loved it so I subscribed for monthly delivery. The second month my hair started growing so fast. The third month, the hair growth continued and now I am noticing regrowth coming in. It also has made my nails grow faster and stronger. I highly recommend these. Absolutely LOVE this product! I placed my second order today! I have to admit I'm a bit addicted to the taste of these! Doing a low carb diet these fix my sweet cravings as they taste soooo good! Doing low carbs requires a good vitamin to stop hair loss and I've gone from losing gobs of hair from bad knots from wavy dry hair to hair w conditioner still that's much easier to brush through and it's not falling out in big clumps anymore. My hair has grown out some. I have long hair but I cant cant it past a certain length. It's now starting to hit my lower back past the back of my bra. My nails have grown though I hate nails I still make them short. I like that this fits into my low carb diet having both carbs. At $11 for gummies that are easy to chew taste great I will keep buying these. Maybe just maybe this is what I've always need to get my hair down close to waist length at some point in my life Highky recommended!

I demoted these Boldify strawberry chews two stars because the little packet inside that is supposed to keep them from getting damp was not securely glued shut. Those little sandy granules are stuck all over the chews. I have to wash them off before I eat them. This is a nuisance. Other than that they taste fine. Hopefully with taking two every day and the other stuff I am using minoxidil etc I will keep from losing any more hair. If I should miraculously all of a sudden see more hair growing on my head I will update this post. Getting older is hell on a woman’s looks.

Seemed crazy to add such things to vitamins. So I did some research and discovered Boldify. I'm so thrilled with the label on these items and all of the eliminated nasties! The flavor and texture are both great as well. Happy I purchased this. Boldify has some good products. I use their thickening spray and hair loss fibers too. I love the taste of them, was presently surprised when I saw how many vitamins/supplements were included. Right now I’m waiting and seeing, my hair is thin and dry so hoping they will do something. Can only give 4 stars because it’s too soon to determine their efficacy. Will try to provide update after a few more weeks.
