Great guide of resistance bands workout!
It is a great guide to make it easy to learn workout steps. It shows you how to workout different muscles. Moreover, the posters are very well made and great illustrated study guide!There is one thing I would refer to have it printed on only one side instead of two-sides poster because when I hang it on the wall in my workout room, I can not see another side of the poster.Overall, it is very helpful guide for using of resistance bands workout. Thank you!

Great Exercise Guide
If you're doing Exercise BANDS at Beginner or Intermediate level, these Wall References are great. Beats The Heck out of GOOGLING exercises during your routine.Good Laminated reference that comes in a tube wrapper...just roll them up the other way...let them uncurl...they lay flat against the wall or on a table.

High Quality Work Out Posters for Fitness
I LOVE the posters! The posters are HIGH QUALITY! I have added resistance bands to my workout and I needed a resource to assist me with various routines during my training. I hung the posters on my wall in my garage where I work out! You can’t go wrong with these posters! High quality and tons of options to assist me on my fitness journey!

Good buy
Really nice range of exercises good size and very professionally done. We have posted on the wall near where we exercise. As we are just starting, this will be very useful. This is a good value!

Wide Selection of Workouts
An impressive selection of workouts when you combine both the charts. The orientation/layout flexibility (Landscape or Portrait) is also a great plus - depending on what your space allows, and your personal choice on your "line of sight". Used some poster putty to get it situated and we were a go!

Sturdy
These posters are laminated quite well and I like that you have the option to view it either horizontally or vertically. Very good instructions on how to do the exercises. Unrolling just took a bit of time but by the time i rearranged all my workout station i was able to put them on the wall without too much hassle. I ended up using poster command strips to stick up on the wall cause tape does not do a good job. I do intend on buying the loop band poster as well.
