Works really well I use dawn and white vinegar then I spray every thing down with the spray and let set because you can never be to careful also knocks out the vinegar smell.

I bought this because the other cleaner I was happy with, is no longer available on Amazon. This disinfecting solution can be used easily to clean my CPap too. It doesn't really have much of a scent and definitely doesn't leave any lasting scent after I allow it to dry. There is a hint of chlorine but the other product I was using had a stronger scent so I prefer this.The only (very small) downside is that there isn't any spray bottle. No biggie, I just got one from the dollar store and it works fine. I spray 5 or 6 pumps into each side of the hoses and shake 8t around then hang them to dry out. I also spray both sides of the nose piece. I let them all air dry during the day. I also spray the water reservoir inside and out.One other thing that I really like is that this is made in the USA and used in hospitals. I think this is a great value because honestly, as big as the bottle is, it will probably last a year the way I'm using it.

Before COVID, we were purchasing the individual bottles of no rinse cleaner for my husband's CPAP accessories. Right after the pandemic, the product he was using was not available. We decided to try this different product, and he is very happy with the outcome. He just rinsed and filled his current bottle with the PUREFY product and he was good to go! FDA does not recommend using an ozone based cleaner for c pap. It is the active ingredient in Purify cleaners. It’s dangerous. Please do not buy. Check out FDA website for more information.

This product works amazing, I was able to use my CPAP with no problems, the only thing I didn't like, product was leaking when it was delivered. But the product itself works amazing.

The first product I ordered was damaged in shipping. The customer service was just outstanding with their prompt help. Excellent product, too. Will most assuredly order from them again.

Since the Clean Smart disinfectant is no longer available, I found this for my husbands c-pap machine. We saved one of the bottles from Clean Smart and poured this into it. There is not a strong smell and it seems to do the job.

The cleaner I used to use is no longer available on Amazon. It had instructions on how to use it. This is expensive, and has no instructions for use. Do I mix it with water? Does this stuff even work? The other cleaner I used needed 4 hours of soaking to work. I spray this stuff on and fill the cup I had left over from the other stuff, and used that amount in the hoses to "sanitize" the inside. This takes more work, and leaves me with a suspicion that I am being taken advantage of.
