I recently picked up the Repel Insect Repellent 40% DEET Max Formula because, let's face it, bug season is real, and I needed something strong. This formula definitely does the job! The spray comes in a sturdy bottle, and applying it is super easy, just a few sprays and you’re good to go.In terms of effectiveness, I’ve used this on multiple outdoor trips, and it kept mosquitoes and other bugs at bay. I was outside for hours, and I didn’t notice any bites, which is a huge win for me. It’s got a 40% DEET formula, so you know it’s powerful, but it’s still gentle enough on the skin. I didn’t experience any irritation, and I have pretty sensitive skin.One thing to note is the smell. It’s not the most pleasant scent, but that’s kind of expected with heavy-duty repellents. High Deet content and very effective. Mosquitos love me, but they leave me alone when I use this.

We brought this product because of the other great reviews and it was also marked down pretty heavily on sale, I’m glad we decided to try it out!!Living is Texas is no joke, and being outside to play with the kids can be exhausting with them crying about bugs and bug bites all of the time. This spray absolutely works and I would recommend it to my family. The only caution I will share is this; definitely keep away from babies as the ingredients are far too harsh for them. This is already noted in the label but I just want to reiterate that it is definitely not for babies. We have a 6 month old and my husband doesn’t hold her or make contact while wearing the bug spray. Use a different kind of spray for babies to keep them safe & not irritate their skin.

works well but not as good as deet

here in South Carolina battling no-see-ums and mosquitos is a full time job this product works well. I just wish somedays it was sold in gallon cans.

Good value. Cheaper than in stores and a bit less than other brands overall. 40% DEET should repel almost any bug! And they’d changed something with the sprayer so it’s a finer mist and not as much is wasted.
