Love, love, love it! Rolling out dough has never been easier, doesn't slip at all, and is easy clean up.

This is what I wanted to have.

I bought the roulpat as a gift because I love mine and have used it for baking prep for years. So easy to clean and maintain! For children it works beautifully on a kitchen table or other low surface and helps contain the mess.

Best ever invented. Use it regularly~ worth every penny. Bought 2 for my daughter.

The size is woefully small and did not specify what size it would be .... felt cheated.

It was great but only after a couple of months of using the rubber is starting to peel. For the price, I am really disappointed.

I really wanted to love this mat. First, it’s very thick and lays out flat on the countertop with no slip. Love that. Feels heavy duty. However, as you can see from the photos mine arrived damaged. There was a slit in the bottom midsection and three of the four corners were cut off. I sent photos to Silpat and they said this is normal. In my opinion a $70 pastry mat should not have a cut in the mat prior to ever being used or cut corners. This mat is not meant for cutting on and I’m assuming that’s because it has fiberglass in it. Well I don’t want a brand new potentially putting fiberglass on my food. Very disappointed in the quality of a very expensive mat. I don’t mind paying more for quality as a matter of fact that is why I spent the kind of money I did because that was what I was after. Disappointed in Silpat customer service as well. They took way too long to respond back to my communications. Maybe other people who own this mat can comment on their corners and if they have cuts in there mats. Keep looking and be aware this is not a mat intended for cutting cookies or dough on. It is just a rolling mat.

I use this product to knead dough, shape pretzels, and keep my countop clean. The extra large size makes all these desires possible.
