My Favorite
I really like this popcorn. I’m considering buying a 50 lb bag, but don’t know if I can eat that much in my lifetime before it spoils (if it spoils - I don’t know). In any case, I highly recommend this.

not what I expected or worth the price to me
Sorry, I was excited about buying from a first generation farmer.. but not excited about the price for popcorn.. against my better judgement I ordered it hoping for the ultimate popcorn experience ... I'm afraid I didn't get that. Most of the popcorn, I'd say 80 percent looked like regular popcorn, some small, some larger than regular but not nearly as many Mushroom pops as I had dared dream for. I made it for the super bowl game and was going to put duck fat on it like I had in a fancy restaurant a few weeks ago. My husband researched popcorn and said to buy the Mushroom popcorn.. so i did. Very disappointed.. I'm not sure how this is very different from the popcorn you buy at the grocery store for much less money.. perhaps I'll try it again and see since there is no return on it.. but $20 for a lb of popcorn.. I expected something out of this world. I was put off by others reviews of mushroom popcorn stating the same reasons I was disappointed.. but theirs was not as expensive. I figured going for the most expensive (no review yet).. would ensure me a great product. tell me again, why this is $20 a lb popcorn.. perhaps I'm missing something.. I'm 64 years old and have loved popcorn since I could point and scream for it.. so I know how to make popcorn and what to expect. sorry, but not impressed. I'll send a picture, since it is just sitting in the same bowl from yesterday and I toss my dogs few pieces every once in a while....

Crisp, minimal hull, neutral flavor
The worst thing this popcorn has going for it is the price. Unless there's a pretty significant coupon available to bring the price down, you're not buying this stuff because it's a value. That said, I was pretty excited when this stuff showed up among my recommendations on Vine. I'm always up for trying a new type of popcorn. It arrived in a resealable bag, as advertised. I've only popped this stuff once so far, and chose to use my Presto Fountain air popper. A lot of white popcorn kernels, any brand, tend to get blown out of a PopLite type air popper just because the kernels are smaller and lighter weight than yellow kernels. This is less of a problem with the Fountain since it has a grate to keep unpopped kernels from escaping prematurely. You should also be able to avoid the ejection problem by oil popping in a pot or similar.Only a few kernels went unpopped. No more than I would expect out of the popper I used, but no less either. The kernels themselves, before popping, might be a tiny bit smaller than Jolly Time white, but if so not by much.Once popped, the kernels pop up slightly smaller than Jolly Time white, but they're definitely not "the smallest I've ever seen". They pop up closer to the size of Jolly Time white than to, say, the much smaller ladyfinger from Amish Country. So yea, if you're accustomed to yellow popcorn, half a cup of these kernels will result in a significantly smaller bowl of popcorn than half a cup of yellow kernels. You'll even end up with a slightly smaller volume than popping some other varieties of white popcorn.Whether or not that's a big deal is subjective. I tend to consume popcorn by the handful, and personally, I prefer the texture and mouth feel of more smaller kernels as opposed to fewer larger kernels. It tends to be crispier and crunchier. Also, 2 popped cups of this stuff has more surface area than 2 popped cups of a variety that pops up larger. That's more surface to hold flavor like butter and salt. Your preferences may be different.I found the flavor to be nicely neutral. It doesn't have that slightly sweet, grassy flavor that some other smaller "hull-less" white popcorns have.No popcorn is genuinely completely hull-less. The amount of hull in this popcorn is minimal, and what little bit of hull remains after popping is small and thin. I didn't feel the need to run for the dental floss after eating this stuff.

Dentists dream
The vendor needs to look up the word TENDER. The kernels may be large, but they are loaded with tooth breakers. I don’t dare eat any more. I can’t afford the dental bills.

Easy to digest and delish
Delicious and soft hulls. Color is very white, it’s pops about half the size of Redenbacher popcorn. This doesn’t give acid reflux and is easy to digest. I highly recommend!

Not tender.
While the kernels do pop big and fluffy, and the flavor is what you'd expect, this popcorn is somewhat tough. If it was more tender, it would be more pleasant to eat. I always compare new products to Kroger 97% fat free microwave popcorn, which is so tender it melts in your mouth. I wish I knew where they source their popcorn... that's what I would buy for unpopped kernels.

Light Fluffy Flavorful Popcorn from One Farmer, One Feild in the USA
Delicious, Light, and Fun Family Snack – Made in the USAThis exceptional brand of popcorn is light, fluffy, and absolutely delicious! It's naturally sweet and fragrant. I pop it in a pot with a little avocado oil, toss on a bit of pink salt, and it's good to go. We didn't have many extra kernels lingering unpopped in the pan. My 5-year-old nephew loves being involved in the entire process, from pouring the oil to watching it pop and eating it afterward. It's a fun, tasty experience for the whole family. I also love that it’s grown and produced on a single farm by one farmer, all right here in the USA.
