Disappointed
I bought the laptop as I have a similar one. I had to return the first one as anytime I held it ,the screen glitched. They exchanged it for the one I have currently , it's really slow, anytime I plug the charger in or unplug it,the screen goes to sleep, doesn't connect to a projector, . Yesterday as I was trying to update the drivers , I was informed the laptop has maximized its use life. I mean ,it's not the first time I am buying refurbished laptops but this is the first time I am really disappointed 😞. I am even lost for action 😞

Can be hit or miss
I bought this product on two occations, once for myself, and then again for my mother. My product came in imaculate condition with a few scratches, but working like new. However when my mothers laptop came, the screen would ocationally glitch with a large inch and a half of dead screen down the side and an invisible mousepoint that required a hard reset to correct.I am very happy with my laptop, but the one for my mother was a dissapointment, the inconsistancy of the products is what has brought down the score.
