I have stuck with samaungs since getting an S3 years back and have gone with every other device ever since! Have no opinion on face recognition as i never use that function.

Not too big, smooth to use, lots to explore and use to full potential. Screen and photos have such great colour depth. Still getting to the phone and appreciate all it can do.

Battery life is hopeless , face id is currently not working, camara is amazing which is the only reason i like it , going right back to one plus after this.

I had a problem with it when I first had it, I was pleased with the speed Amazon got the phone repaired by Samsung. The phone has excellent functions, including assisted functions to enable elderly and people with disabilities to access the facilities of the phone. With the case, that comes separately, it is easy to hold, the time lights up, on the front of the cover, in large bold numbers, also how many text messages you have. It's a treat having a phone that wakes me in the morning and tells me the time, reads me a weather forecast and news bulleting, when asked. Unfortunately, it doesn't make a cup of tea — yet! I'm 78 and recommend this phone as a present suitable for older folk as well as young people who like playing computer games.
