Be aware of warranty as no refund offered is device faulty
After 6 months of use I can stop the ipod neither forward or return to main menu. When charging i or listening to, music get a screen with diagnostic about the device. I will have to return this product . Not really happy with the purchase. I sent back the ipod for repair but it came faulty. The item is not on sale anymore wonder why? I ask for a refund but the seller insists on replacing the ipod despite the fact that i am entitled to a refund under Amazon warranty and the seller term and conditions and already sent back for repair.I would not buy those reconditioned device as their life spam is minimal and you will not get your money's back. I am taking this issue up with Amazon

iPods are still magic
Struggled at first to get iTunes to recognise it, the answer was download the latest software, that solved the issue and it was up and running in no time, excellent buy.

Rubbish (again !!!).
Received device promptly, was pleased that it was fully charged, connected to PC - device froze instantly and could not be operated any more. My previous one lasted at least 6 months! Who the heck refurbishes these devices??? Total Rubbish !!!
