I am impressed!
The best vacuum ever! I had so many canister vacuums that had to be replaced often because the smells were starting to come out through the back side and those Hepa filters didn't work either. But the henrys now that's a different story as the henry's is so well made in the design department and the functionality which makes it so easy and comfortable to use just about anywhere including the stairs! the cord is nice and long no need to unplug to plug somewhere else and has a convenient handle at the top to coil the cord right back inside the machine so it's not in the way. The motor is heavy which means truly it's a serious vacuum and without a doubt does the job. I bought this after watching the best video on vacuums and this one guy does the henry vacuums and he shows you by the gauge how much power is in the suction. that was important as well as the filters. the filters are amazing and for sure there won't be those smells coming out after a year. I can tell. I bought another that was known as the extra. they all do the same things, but extra and heavy duty means you may get more tools for large rugs, and they all do a great job as well. I totally recommend this vacuum. The best buy ever for a vacuum and you won't regret it. A bit pricy but in the end you will see why. They are very well made in Great Britain with very good parts inside and out guaranteed.

Works very well
I really like my Henry vacuum, especially since it is still made in England and not in china. I still use my Sanitaire upright for most of vacuuming because I have thick shag carpet in most rooms. The Henry was not made for thick shag carpets, but it works great on hard floors or low pile carpet. I mainly use my Henry for all the areas that I can not reach with my upright, especially when vacuuming all of the above ground areas like book shelves and nick naks.

Fantastic Vacuum, arrived Rough.
Update: 21Feb2023I’ve had this vacuum in use for a few months now, and I have to reiterate how nice of a vacuum it is! Incredible amount of suction power, and a single bag lasted for nearly 4 months of frequent vacuuming before suction went from amazing to great. I can forgive some worn caster wheels, this little guy rules!Original Review:Received my NaceCare imported Henry yesterday, and for a chance to take it for a test-clean. Removing it out of the box it was a bit dirtier than I would’ve expected; the caster wheels had residue and nicks, the exterior was somewhat scuffed and smudged. Although the interior of the device and motor was clean and a new bag installed, I am worried I got a “returned used” product from the warehouse. It performs well, but wish that my Henry didn’t look secondhand at full-price. The stars deducted aren’t for the performance- it really performs well! But a reputable brand like Numatic shouldn’t ship looking “battleworn” out of the box.

Amazing suction power for such a small machine.
I like that this vacuum is so easy to carry or roll around. It’s powerful suction and a lot quieter than most vacuums on the market. I am using it in my cleaning service. I also love the filter system in this machine. The turbo head works well on medium to short pile carpet as well.

10 years and Henry is still going strong
After 10 years I can report that this is one great long lasting vacuum. I strongly recommend it as aQuality product you will get your money’s worth out of. Also unlike the other vacuums I’ve owned this one never needs servicing and works like new with heavy use after 10 years Amazing. Like a family friend. You’ll love Henry!

Could be better…
I own a cleaning business so I’m always trying different vacuums. I will not be using this vacuum.

Long hose on tiny Hoover
The hose and handle part is way bigger than I expected and little Hoover is adorable but tiny coming from a bag less upright. This feels like playing Luigi’s Mansion with some Playmobil and as a man in his 30’s I love it.

Best suction, but is it the best vacuum
I have had Hoover, Kenmore, Miele, Sebo....none of them last long in my home, and they all have had their short comings. This Henry definitely has the best suction of them all! So much so that it's a bit of a pain to use them on smaller throw rugs. Seems to be unstable on stairs, and I haven't figured out the proper tool to use yet, I have wood & runners on the stairs. The floor/rug attachments feel a bit cheap. To clean the hair off the turbo rug attachment is a hassle!! The only way I have found to do it is with a small pair of scissors. I would say that would be my biggest complaint about this Henry. I'll be keeping it, but I'm not sure it's worth the almost $400.00 price tag.4/2022- Decided I hate this vacuume! I feel like it doesn't really clean the rugs. You can't use it on door mats, dog beds, throw rugs or couches....the rug beater just stops. I'm guessing because of the suction. The tools don't help.
